Arthur Online is now live on the Zapier platform!
After months of development, Arthur Online is happy to announce that we are now live on the Zapier platform! Zapier is an online automation tool that connects Arthur with some of your other favourite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, MailChimp, and over 750 more.
Property managers are sometimes overwhelmed by the different moving parts that surround them. For each different part, there is a process that has to be followed, data that needs to be entered, adverts that need to be put up, many of which are managed outside of Arthur. When you connect your accounts through Zapier, Arthur will push information into your other software’s. For example:
- When a task is raised by a tenant, automatically send the information into your team’s Trello board
- When an applicant organises a viewing, update your Google Calendar to make sure you never double book yourself
- As a property gets close to becoming available to let, get it promoted across your social media accounts, using the description and pictures you have in Arthur.
Automating as many data flows as possible allows you to speed up your business processes. This, in turn, gives you more time to focus on important things like growing your business and spending time with your family. As you become more familiar with Zapier, you will be amazed at the different things that you can make it do! For now, Arthur will only send information to your other software’s. However, in the future we will be allowing other software’s to send information back to Arthur, giving you even more power.
