Update 3.2.5

We are excited to announce that our brand-new Contractor App is now live!

The new Contractor app has been re-designed to offer a modern, intuitive and user-friendly interface to accommodate even the least tech-savvy users.

The app will provide contractors with all the functionality needed to complete a job professionally and efficiently while on site, including:

• The ability to generate quotes and issue invoices
• Access and upload documents
• Communicate with tenants and property managers
• View history of notifications, ensuring new events are never missed!

The improved flow of information will ensure efficiency and transparency, cutting the time required to complete a job.

New contractors who joined from November 2018 and onwards will be directed to the new app.

Contractors who joined before November 2018 will need to download the new version of the app, now available on the App store for both Android and Apple users.

Messaging improvements

The latest software update also includes a new improvement to the messaging function. From today, all property managers will be able to view a detailed summary of any message on the right-hand side of the message screen. This will include information about the nature and relationship of the message, property and tenancy information, and Task/Workorders details.

The message summary essentially allows all property managers to quickly access the task, tenancy or workorder directly from the message screen, reducing the amount of time spent looking for the associated record on the system.
