We are excited to announce our latest integration with Callcredit!

Arthur Online’s integration with Callcredit means that you can make safer and smarter decisions about your prospective tenants, reducing tenant risk through accurate credit checks.
Credit checks are processed within your applicants’ area. You will receive a full, comprehensive credit check with market leading turnaround times, giving you peace of mind!
Improved navigation on Arthur Online
We are working continuously to improve navigation on Arthur Online.
As you may have already noticed, we have introduced a new Quick Access menu across different areas of the system.
The new menu allows you to access different functions without having to leave the current page you are on, and so you can access different functions on a single screen.

New Timed Event update for Viewings
When adding a manual timed event under Viewings, you can now add “viewing time” as a condition.
This means that you will be able to trigger an action (Email/SMS /Task) minutes before the viewing!
E.g. send an SMS reminder to the prospective viewer that their viewing is due in 30 minutes.
To do this:
Go into Settings> Automated events> Viewings> Add manual event
Add manual event to Viewing
Click on add action to the new event to add an Email/SMS message
Property and Unit Types:
At the point of adding a new property, you are now presented with a range of new property types:
As well as Property Types, our latest upgrade also allows you to add custom unit types.
Whatever you are renting out, Arthur Online can help you manage it: from single/multi-unit lets to parking spaces, caravans, garages… you name it!
You can differentiate your unit types from the range of icons and colours available.
You can manage and customise your Unit Types from Settings>Unit types.
