Who are we?
Arthur Online is an exciting tech start-up, started from scratch and launched in 2015 with the aim of being the first truly end-to-end property management solution. We focus on what we do best: property management software, and integrate with best-in-class cloud-based software to handle the other parts of managing a portfolio including Zoopla, RightMove, Xero and QuickBooks, making the lives of our customers as simple as possible.
We’re growing extremely fast and are currently at around 40 employees, our customers use our platform to manage 55,000 rentable units, across 30 countries and over £30m of rent each month.
The founders are a group of seasoned entrepreneurs with extensive technical and business expertise who have successfully taken several companies from concept to exit.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be working as part of a small, dynamic team, developing sales opportunities from lead generation through to deal closing.
You’ll make use of different opportunities to increase sales, from responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries, to written responses to sales opportunities and carrying out your own research to generate cold leads.
We’ll also be launching a series of new products and services to support our core subscription offering which will need to be upsold to our existing client base. More specifically, you will be responsible for promoting and growing an exciting new revenue line which will be launched later this year. This new line is untested and there are no pre-existing sales strategies; you will therefore have full scope to come up with creative ways to build the business.
You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of relationships with existing clients.
You may be required to travel on occasion to represent the company at trade shows and conferences and to lead training days.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for sales professional with 3 to 8 years’ experience with a proven track record and a real hunger to grow with a young business. We want you to bring passion and drive to the role, going above and beyond to win new clients and keep them happy. We’re looking for someone that can develop in-depth expertise in the solution we provide and understand how it can be applied to solve a clients’ needs.
The role is well suited to someone who can confidently interact with people, whether over the phone, online or face-to-face and who is willing to step outside their comfort zone and try their hand at new things.
You’ll also need to write persuasive and engaging content for procurement documents.

- A base starting salary of £25k to £35k plus commission (depending on experience)
