How did you find the switch from Tilt to Arthur?

How did this switch compare to system changes that you have experienced in the past?

This was our first transition, and I don’t think it could have gone much better. Naturally, a transition to a new system can be a daunting prospect but the migration team at Arthur made sure that no stone was left unturned throughout the transition, providing us with clear and consistent communication and training materials.

What impact do you think Arthur will have on your agency’s efficiency?

Dramatic. We’ll be increasing efficiency in each stage of the tenant journey, changing the way we process property owner statements and improving our level of reporting throughout the business. Arthur’s functionality and features have given us a great opportunity to focus more on revenue-generating/profitable tasks rather than time-consuming tasks.

What was your main concern before you switched? Is this still a concern now?

Getting our team trained up from day one was a big concern for me, but with the webinar training sessions prior to migration and ongoing online chat support, we can all ask questions and solve our questions very quickly. Having consistent support at every stage of the process has meant that even prior to the transition being fully completed, our team already feels comfortable with the platform.

Which additional Arthur features do you feel will have the biggest impact on your business?
