How to connect Arthur to Google Calendar

Arthur connects to Google Calendar via Zapier, allowing you to ensure your calendar is up-to-date at all times.

Select what information you would like to pass into your Google Calendar, in this example we will use a new viewing

*Note: if this is the first zap you are creating, Zapier will ask you to connect your account. To do this follow these instructions

Select the Arthur Account that needs connecting to the Google Calendar, Hit 'Save + Continue' - Ensure you have an existing viewing in Arthur, in order to fetch this viewing successfully, this will test your connection with your Arthur Account

When testing is complete, click on 'Add a Step' or 'Continue'> Select 'Google Calendar' > Select your Google Account - here you'll be able to decide how the viewing is imported into your Google Calendar.

For this example, we will use 'Quick Add Event' > 'Continue'

On this screen, you'll need to choose the calendar you'd like the Viewings from Arthur to be imported to which Calendar, and choose the most relevant fields for 'Describe Event', in this example we have used the unit address, date of viewing, and Applicant Name - Click 'Continue' and test the step. When complete, go ahead and turn ON the ZAP
