How did you find the switch from Tilt to Arthur?

At first, making the switch was a bit challenging but as we started to get the hang of it, my feelings completely changed. I eventually began to feel like “I really like this now.” We received excellent customer service and high levels of support from the Arthur team. The support was so helpful that I would like to encourage others to utilise their free training, the tutorials, and even purchase additional ones if necessary. The detailed, tailored support makes the transition so much easier. 

How do you feel about the level of support you received throughout the process?

We received excellent support throughout the process, especially from Dan and Shenice who set up excellent tutorials to get us up and running. We were also provided with specialist advice which helped us discover the best practices for our business. Whenever we have a query it is easy for us to hop onto Arthur’s live chat and speak to a member of their team. Additionally, Arthur offers a very comprehensive and detailed knowledge base which is filled with articles on every topic required. This has been very helpful to our team and saves us a lot of time when we have a question about the system.

How did this switch compare to system changes that you have experienced in the past?

This was our first transition, and I don’t think it could have gone much better. Naturally, a transition to a new system can be a daunting prospect but the migration team at Arthur made sure that no stone was left unturned throughout the transition, providing us with clear and consistent communication and training materials.

What impact do you think Arthur will have on your agency’s efficiency?

Our efficiency has definitely increased since we started using Arthur. So much time has been saved especially with the bank reconciliation. We spend a maximum of 5 minutes each day rather than the countless hours that we used to spend. This has reduced the time that we spent reconciling a week from 5 hours to about 30 minutes. 

What was your main concern before you switched? Is this still a concern now?

Our main concern previously was the amount of time that we spent on administrative tasks. It is no longer a concern for us as we now have more time to focus on business development rather than on these tedious tasks. 

Which additional Arthur features do you feel will have the biggest impact on your business?

Our favourite additional features that their platform offers are the live bank feed and all of the automation that is built into the platform. The automation has been vital in strengthening our communication and staying on top of any tasks that need to be completed and has saved us valuable time.
