At first, making the switch was a bit challenging but as we started to get the hang of it, my feelings completely changed. This was our first transition, and I don’t think it could have gone much better. Naturally, a transition to a new system can be a daunting prospect but the migration team at Arthur made sure that no stone was left unturned throughout the transition, providing us with clear and consistent communication and training materials.
Our efficiency has definitely increased since we started using Arthur. So much time has been saved especially with the bank reconciliation. We spend a maximum of 5 minutes each day rather than the countless hours that we used to spend. This has reduced the time that we spent reconciling a week from 5 hours to about 30 minutes.
Our main concern previously was the amount of time that we spent on administrative tasks. It is no longer a concern for us as we now have more time to focus on business development rather than on these tedious tasks.
Our favourite additional features that their platform offers are the live bank feed and all of the automation that is built into the platform. The automation has been vital in strengthening our communication and staying on top of any tasks that need to be completed and has saved us valuable time.
