How to add a quote or edit a quote

A quote will either come in from the contractor app or added by the property manager on behalf of the contractor. Arthur Online works best when all user groups are on the system. However, we understand that sometimes not everyone can access the system. Therefore, as a property manager you can add a quote on behalf of a contractor.

Stage 1

Create your work order and invite contractors to complete the work (How to add a work order).

Stage 2

On the main screen, use the Add Quote button to attach a quote against this contractor



Stage 3

Once a quote has been added or received from the contractor it can be:

  • Edited
  • Accepted by the manager
  • Sent to property owner for approval
