Adding inventory and viewing expiring inventory

Question: Is adding inventory anything to do with check-in and check-out?

Answer: No, this is information about the property and unit that you want tenants to have information about.  For example WiFi codes, alarm codes, new washer or dryer etc. 

Adding inventory Inventory is entered at

• Property level
• Unit level

Property/unit>Inventory>add

• The expiry date is useful if its something to be renewed
• Share with contractor or tenant is used if this is relevant to either party. The inventory will be seen on any workorders associated with the unit or property
