  • Reminder Notification to register deposit after 15 days
  • Ending tenancy task including a checklist of things you need to do to progress this tenancy. Examples for the checklist

Check list to include:

  1. Email confirmation of ending tenancy
  2. Email tenant confirmation of date and time of move out
  3. Notify council tax/utilities
  4. Email agent if applicable
  5. Email owner if applicable
  6. Organise the check out
  7. Ensure all rent paid up to date
  8. Update status
