Batch update viewings

Batching up viewing will allow for the following functions:

• Deletion
• Viewing status (via update viewings)
• Assignee (via update viewings)

Tick relevant applicants and then apply one of the above

Deletion – Things to know

• Users can batch delete viewings that have

  • no date

  • a past date

• Users cannot batch delete viewings with a date that is today or in the future

  • a warning message is displayed when a user tries to batch delete viewings with a date that is today or in the future and cannot delete it in batch “You cannot batch delete future or today’s viewings. “

• Users can still delete viewings with a date that is today or in the future one-by-one (but not in batch)

  • a warning message is displayed when a user tries to delete viewings with a date that is today or in the future before they delete it “Are you sure you want to delete this viewing?”
