How to accept an invite on behalf of an invited user & allocate them a password

This is useful in situations where users are having difficulties accepting an invite for some reason

Step 1

Add your user and their email and invite them to Arthur. “Ensure they do not respond to the invitation email”

Step 2

Go to prefrences>Email and SMS History

Find the invitation and open/view it.

Invitation email: “DO NOT REPLY, THIS EMAIL IS ONE WAY ONLY: Welcome to our online management system”

“When copying and pasting the link, make sure you have logged out of your account or opened another browser to avoid issues”

Step 3

Open a new browser or log out of your current Arthur account. Paste the link and add a password. You have now accepted the invitation on behalf of the user invited and allocated them a password.
