How to Change your Subscription Plan

There are three different subscriptions within Arthur: Standard, Professional and Enterprise. You are able to upgrade or downgrade your account to the next level at any time. To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to Settings > Arthur Subscription > Manage Subscription

Step 2

Select which package you would like to be on, Arthur will have automatically worked out the cost of each plan based on the amount of active unit on your account at that time.

Before you upgrade, make sure you check out the full functionality of each package.

Note: If you downgrade your account, you will lose all functionality and information that is not supported by your new package.
