Arthur connects to Facebook via Zapier, allowing you to ensure your Facebook page is up-to-date at all times.
Select what information you would like to pass into your Facebook Page, in this example we will set up a system where it will post to Facebook as soon as there is a unit available
*Note: if this is the first zap you are creating, Zapier will ask you to connect your account. To do this follow these instructions
Select the Arthur Account that needs connecting to Facebook, Hit ‘Save + Continue’ – Ensure you have existing available units in Arthur, in order to fetch this successfully, this will test your connection with your Arthur Account
When testing is complete, click on ‘Add a Step’ or ‘Continue’> Select ‘Facebook Pages’ > Select your Facebook Account – here you’ll be able to decide how the unit is imported into your Facebook Page. For this example, we will use ‘Quick Add Event’ > ‘Continue‘
On this screen, you’ll need to choose the calendar you’d like the Viewings from Arthur to be imported to which Calendar, and choose the most relevant fields for ‘Describe Event’, in this example we have used the unit address, date of viewing, and Applicant Name – Click ‘Continue’ and test the step. When complete, go ahead and turn ON the ZAP
Ensure to give your ZAP a name before turning the it ON
