How to Handle Connection Problems with Xero

When using Arthur, should you encounter any issues when syncing with Xero, these are the steps you should take to solve the connection problem.

Disconnecting and Re-Connecting

By disconnecting we have now temporarily removed the synchronisation between Arthur and Xero. Following this action you should now click “Disconnect” to re-establish the connection between the two platforms.

After clicking “Connect to Xero” you must select your choice of organisation and click “Allow access”.

After re-establishing the relationship between the two platforms, to check that the softwares are now synced as desired, you must look at the checklist. A full listof green ticks represents a working connection with Xero.
