The new COVID feature on the Tenant app notifies the respective Property Managers if a Tenant updates their COVID profile. This enables the Property Manager to take into account any circumstances which may impact property visits, scheduled viewings, and any contractor work required.

The adjustment of the sliders will inform the Property Manager of the Tenant’s current profile. As the Tenant’s COVID profile is dynamic in nature, the feature will automatically update the Property Manager of any changes. In the event of any change in circumstance, the Tenant simply goes back into their COVID profile and updates the sliders accordingly.
