Custom Report Groups Explanation

This Article briefly explains each report group shown on your Arthur account.

 

Certificates
This custom report group contains data to do with each certificate uploaded at Property or Unit Level and when they expire. This can be filtered.

Contacts (Entities)
This group is very similar to the ‘People’ group. However, this group contains more specific data relating to Property Owners, Contractors, and Property Managers. Can be filtered.

Financials
This group contains all financial transactions related to your Arthur Online portfolio. This data can be broken down in several ways. For example, this report group can be conditioned to only show data for a specific property.

Inventory
This Category holds data directly linking to each appliance 

Notes
This Category lists all notes ever generated on your Arthur account, at property-level, unit-level or tenancy-level.

Notices
This Group shows all notice types for each tenancy.

People
This Group contains data on each person created on your Arthur account (Tenant, Property Owner, Contractor, Letting Agency and Property Manager). Ideal for checking up on registration statuses.

Property
Holds data to do with each feature of a property.

Recurring Tasks
Holds data to do with each feature of a property. Displays information to do with a task that is recurring.

Recurring
Holds data to do with each feature of a property. This group shows all active and inactive recurring charges generated on your account. For  example, rent charges, management fee charges, etc.

Task
Holds data to do with each feature of a property. This group links to your ‘Task’ page of your Arthur. This report lists everything t do with each task, and can be filtered to show specific data.

Tenancy
Holds data to do with each feature of a property. This group directly links to your ‘Tenancies’, this contains all information to do with each tenancy, start date, end date, rent amount, address, etc.

Tenants
This group contains renter information.

Unit
Group contains information to do with each unit. For example, address, market rent, current renter, etc.

Unit Managers
This group holds data for each unit managed.

Utilities
This contains records linking to each utility.

Viewing
This group contains renter information. This category holds data to do with each viewing, directly links to your ‘Viewings’. Here, you’re able to filter to show relevant information.

Workorder 
This group links to the ‘Workorders’ section of Arthur – Contains data to do with each workorder in a report fashion.

Workorder Invoices
This group displays all invoices to do with a workorder – Can show any outstanding invoices, etc.
