How to disable tenant/s access individually or automatically after x no of days

To deny access to the tenant app

This can be done:

1. Manually for individual tenancies
2. Automatically for all tenancies using customised triggers

Manually

Go to tenancy>edit>disable tenant access to the dashboard

Customized triggers to deny all tenants after X no. of days

Step 1

Go to automation> customized triggers

Step 2 

Add  custom trigger

Step 2

Choose tenancy

Step 3

Create a timed trigger

Step 4

Add title and conditions

Here we have set the conditions to switch off after 14 days when tenancy status has been set to past.

Step 5

Add action, which must be Tenant Access Disabled
