How do enquiries from portals come into Arthur

This is linked to the article setting up your adverts and how to sync to the portal of choice.

All incoming enquiries coming through the portals will arrive in Arthur as an Applicant as well as an Enquiry within the Viewings area. If that Applicant enquires about another unit it will show simply in the enquired area of the viewings and will not create a further Applicant. You can view all enquiries from one Applicant within the Applicant record.

1. Where to view new Applicants and Enquiries

New Applicants and Enquiries will be seen on the dashboard. Enquiries will come in from:

  • Rightmove
  • Zoopla
  • StuRents
  • Client Website
  • OnTheMarket, Boomin, PropertyNews, PropertyPal – coming soon

2. Where to find new applicants

Within the applicant area, the applicants will show for the first time. If that applicant then enquires again on another one of your adverts NO new applicant will be created, the new enquiry will be added to the applicant activity log together with a new enquiry.

3. Where to find new enquiries

Within the Viewings area, use the filters to select ‘Enquired’ in order to show the list of enquiries.
