How much we charge to carry out the integration to Xero

  We are here to set up your integration but we do not support Xero as software. We offer guidance on how to use them with Arthur and may offer advice regarding functions within them pertaining to the integration. We provide 2 hours of free support for the integration during which time you get to understand Xero, we also offer weekly webinar sessions where you can improve your knowledge. Lastly, we have a community of Accountants/Bookkeepers you can utilize to assist you with the running of your account, they can be found here. NOTE: If the integration has been carried out by a third party or by you (the client), Arthur is unable to support this free of charge. There is a charge to investigate and correct any issues. It is important clients understand that there will be knock-on effects when using the systems incorrectly and the Arthur team may need to charge for issues created as a result of user errors. Any issues resulting from a bug in Arthur will be remedied free of charge.

Integration process

1. To carry out this process, payment will be required in advance of works. 2. To book your integration go to the Arthur Store > Xero and purchase from there. Payment will take a few days to process through your bank via Direct Debit. A member of the team will contact you in the meantime to begin the process. If you would like to discuss your options before purchasing you may contact sales@arthuronline.co.uk for further information on the integrations.   3. Allow at least three weeks for the completion of the integration - this is subject to your portfolio size and complexity of your set-up and could take more or less time in some instances. 4. Please ensure your bank accounts connect with Xero. If there is no connection available for your required bank accounts then your client will need to upload bank statements to Xero manually.. *All prices quoted below are for a single Arthur account. To integrate multiple accounts speak to us directly and we will provide a quote.

2. Integration to a clean Xero 

A clean account integration means you do have an active Xero or QuickBooks account but the account does not hold data pertaining to the management of your portfolio. Your accounting package should not contain any tenants, owners, or contractors as contacts, you must also have no repeating invoices or bills set-up pertaining to your portfolio management. 3. Integration to an existing active Xero 

An active account means some of these are true: you have repeating invoices set up in Xero relating to your management, your tenants, owners or contractors are set up as contacts, there are invoices and/or bills set-up related to the running of your portfolio.
