How to add a task and also schedule them

Add a task

Go to Tasks>Add Tasks, 

Important things to think about on this screen

  1. Relate the task to property, unit or tenancy
  2. Add a task type. This is linked to understanding task types
  3. Add a checklist (sub tasks) if required. This is linked to understanding checklists
  4. If the task is set to recurr then tick scheduled task

 

Scroll down the page to make the task recurring. This will ensure your task recurrs
