How to add general information to properties/units and share with tenants and contractors

In Property Managers account on Arthur there is a tab called General Information at Property and Unit Level. When data is entered it can be shared. with tenants and the contractor *Please note that Property information is shared with everyone in the building.  At Unit Level just with incoming tenants.

The ability to add information as a template so it can be used again is only for professional and enterprise users

Go to Properties/unit>General Information>Add general information

Add the information and share it if applicable. This will appear on the tenant app and the contractor’s workorder.

Any links with HTTP or www will be linkable when clicked
