How to add further Information to properties and units

To add detailed information about properties and units you would do this in 3 areas

  1. Property/Unit- Information
  2. Property/unit – General information
  3. Property.unit – other

General

This information can be shared with:

  • Tenants
  • Contractors

 

 

 

Other

Arthur`s hierarchy allows for data to be added at property or unit level. e.g. Often with an  HMO a boiler will be at property level supplying heat to the underlying units so details of the boiler such as documentation, certificates, utility information will exist at property level, while with a block of flats, boilers will belong at unit level so documentation, certificates, utility information will exist at unit level.

Now you can add further data:
