How to add multiple actions within a one schedule

This may be required for example you have created a scheduled work order for a cleaner and you want a scheduled message to go out at the same time. 

Step 1  Create scheduled work order see understanding scheduler   

Step 2 Once created go to the scheduler and add a further action  

  After creation two actions will show on the index page
