With regard, shared accommodation each portal has its own unique requirements that will need to be adhered to and which are explained below. The unit type list that’s on offer is restricted to what the portals accept, which is why it is a different list to that on offer when creating properties and units.

Step 1 – Add images

When adding an image for Certificates do not add as a PDF, it needs to be an image file for the portals to accept it.
Step 2 – Add unit information
unit>unit information. Fill in all the information. Anything with an “asterisk” is the minimum requirement.
*Portal market rent – Facebook Marketplace only accepts a monthly price for rent, they have said that this isn’t going to change. If you add a weekly rent amount it will get converted to monthly.
*Virtual Tour URL – Facebook Marketplace currently only accepts MatterPort virtual tours, however they are working to improve this so it is worth adding the URLs in earnest.

Facebook doesn’t interpret “Total sharing tenancies” as shared accommodation so that field can be left as N/A. The only way to advertise shared accommodation is via the description field.
