How to communicate with the property manager

All communication is initiated via “Raise an issue” and then later via “issues” where further messaging about the issue can be posted. Do not raise another issue stay within the one issue until its completed by your property manager.

 

 

Once an an issue has been created you can message within  issues>issue>messages

 

 

Click on the issue

 

 

Once in the issue scroll down to messages

 

 

Add a  new thread

 

Copies of messages received will be in outlook or in app>messages from where replies can occur. You can also reply via outlook once a conversation has started.
