How to create a custom trigger and action to build a response to a incoming portal enquiry

When an enquiry comes in Arthur can automatically send a response to the person making the enquiry or inform the manager of this new enquiry

All incoming enquiries coming through the portals will arrive in Arthur as an Applicant as well as an Enquiry within the Viewings area. If that Applicant enquires about another unit it will show simply in the enquired area of the viewings and will not create a further Applicant. You can view all enquiries from one Applicant within the Applicant record.
