How to create new sections on the summary screens with custom fields

Available for Enterprise only

Custom fields enable clients to add additional sections and fields to the following summary screens:

  • Properties
  • Units
  • Tenancies
  • Applicants/Tenants

 

 

 

 

In this example, there are two additional Sections to the tenancy screen called Rent includes and Tenancy health requirements. Within each section, there are created custom fields.

 

Step 1

Add a section

 

Step 2 

Label the section

 

Step 3

Add the conditions. In this example, it’s a section for residential tenancies that have the tenancy sub type = Assisted

 

Step 4

Add fields and choose the chosen required field type

 

Step 5

Label the field and choose your default position

 

You can continue to add more fields and additional sections if you wish.
