How to direct a tenant issue raised in a building to that building manager or the building front desk

Problem

As a build-to-rent company with many buildings and we have specific building managers or building front desks in each building that need to receive issues raised by their tenants. Currently, Arthurs default position is that all managers receive tenant issues.

Please ensure for the process below to work a contact email must be created in contacts>team member for example called Front desk building A

Solution

Step 1

Delete the default system action from the system trigger Tenant raises an issue that sends all tenant issues to the desired location which by default is all managers.

 

 

 

Step 2

Create a custom trigger and action understand custom triggers

 

 

Set the conditions but include the property

 

Step 3

Create action to include the recipient of the email to be the specific building manager
