Click on the green arrow this is used a charge will be applied. What this does is start the process again and resend a fresh document. Go to the Document>Resend
* Resend will incur the cost again
Click on the eye red arrow above to open a dialogue screen
Sending a reminder is to an individual who has yet to sign. Go to the Document>Select recipient>Send a reminder
Choose the person>send a reminder
Sending a reminder does not incur any charges
