How to send a group message

Sending group messages can be done at two levels

1. Property level – To just those tenants, in a building e.g HMO, Block of flats
2. Portfolio level – To all tenants, owners, agents in the portfolio

**Please note any group message sent this way will mean recipient emails will NOT be seen by other recipients and any replies will be one to one and not group

1.Property level

From within the property>to all tenants or selected tenants

2. Portfolio level

group message>property active tenants

To all tenants in the portfolio or selected properties use property active tenants from the dropdown.

Property active tenants, for example, will list all properties and then is all selected will send to tenants in occupation
