How to set up property and unit preferences

This article looks at setting up property and unit preferences

Go to preferences>properties and units

 

 

 

Unit settings

This set up to show units where the user is assigned as a related manager. If ticked units assigned to others or not assigned at all will not show

Areas

This sets up areas that the property is located. It helps group properties and units

Unit types

This offers the ability to add unit types to the default list

Access key types

This offers Enterprise clients the ability to add to Access key types

General Information types

This offers the ability to set up default information types e.g Wifi details so that when creating templates they can be associated with the type

Creating templates for ease of addition

Amenity types

This allows for further amenities to be added to unit information
