How to share documents with tenants within the hierarchy of portfolio, property, unit and tenancy

Sharing a document gives the recipient visibility of that document on their app. Which tenants see them is dependant on the hierarchy below This article is linked to understanding documentation

If shared at the portfolio level all tenants in the portfolio will have access

If shared at the property level all tenants in the building will have access

If shared at a unit level all tenants in the unit will have access

If shared at tenancy level all tenants on the tenancy will have access

Go to the documents directory and choose documents that are to be made available to all tenants
