How to use automation to reflect the tenant request to end or extend their tenancy via the tenant app

Tenants can request to end or extend their tenancy on the app.

Arthur provides some actions for this but these can edited and added to Step 1 Go to automation>system triggers

Step 2 Go to system triggers as shown

Step 3 Edit or add actions Add an action Edit an action
