How to use customized triggers to create a library of default emails to be triggered from the tenancy screen

This article looks at how to trigger default emails. To build these email see how to create customized triggers.

Where to find these emails

Having created a library of emails they can be located on the right-hand side of the tenancy record.

For example, below shows a late rent within which there are 4 manually triggered emails.

 

 

This will open a dialogue box displaying the emails that can be sent.
