How to use Imfuna inventory with Arthur

Arthur connects to Imfuna allowing for your inventory to come back into Arthur at a push of a button. All payments, training and support are the responsibility of  Imfuna and no payments will be taken on Arthur`s side. This integration simply allows for the document to be pushed back in Arthur.

Currently the integration can only be done  at tenancy level only returning the document to tenancy>documents. We will extend this service to property and unit level in due course.

The process is as follows:

Step 1

Go to www.imfuna.com/home-uk/ and set up your account. Call them on 0808 189 3201 and advise them you want the connection to Arthur.

 

Step 2

Go to a tenancy in Arthur and choose digital inventory. A screen will pop up that will ask for your imfuna details. This will provide you imfuna app with your tenancy details and the address.

*THIS MUST BE DONE OTHERWISE THE COMPLETED DOCUMENT WILL NOT COME BACK INTO ARTHUR

 

Step 3

Open the infuma app and press “Fetch”>choose a unit from the list

Step 4

Complete the inventory and then “Send to Web”
