How to use reports to run a income and expenditure report for self managed portfolios

Self-managed portfolios that do not use Xero or Quickbooks can run an income and expenditure report


Step 1

Go to reports>financials>Self managed property income and expenditure


Choose the account/s to run the report from and chose to run in enhanced


Step 2

Set the date range over which you want to report on and any other useful filters
