The tenancy report or tenant report are good reports to run. These different reports and will yield the information needed differently as well as provide additional data.
Step 1a. Tenancy report Go to reports>tenancies>tenancy report
b. Tenant report Go to reports>Tenants>tenant report
Choose from the accounts listed and then get to the next screen and run in enhanced
Step 3 Use filters to view appropriate data a. Tenancy report Apply the filter to filter status and view count and 0pen + to see contact details
b. Tenant report This displays tenants details
