How to use reports to see tenants with missing contact details

To view, a list of tenants and their details run a tenant report. Set the tenancy status to show those other than past and rejected

Got to reports>tenants>tenant report

Choose from the accounts listed and then get to the next screen and run in enhanced

Step 2

Adjust the status to show those other than past and rejected. Then view the list for missing data
