How to use reports to view tenancy income and the balance owed on a fixed term contract

This report will show total rental income to date and the balance per tenant or per tenancy on a fixed-term contract.

Step 1

Go to reports>financials>tenaant income report

Choose from the accounts listed and then get to the next screen and run in enhanced

Step 2

If run by tenancy there is a + button to open up the tenancy to view each tenant, their total paid, and balance on fixed contract. To view the report by tenant will run per tenant on the tenancy

*Any tenancies that are periodic will not have a balance as they no longer have a fixed contract
