Integrate to Xero or Quickbooks

The complexity of the integration will depend on whether the team are connecting Arthur to a clean or existing version of Xero/Quickbooks. An existing Xero/Quickbooks is a more complicated process.

Please take note:

  • To carry out this process payement will be required in advance of works.
  • Allow at least two weeks is required to complete the integration. For portfolios of over 100 units or multiple Arthur accounts the  integration will taker a longer time.
  • If the integration has been carried out by a third party or by the client Arthur is unable to support this free of charge. £45.00 + vat per hour is charged to investigate and correct any the issues.
  • Clients need to ensure their banks connect to Xero/Quickbooks. The relationship between the clients banks and Xero/Quickbooks can be subject to change. If there is no connection then the client will need to upload bank statements to Xero/Quickbooks.

Basic starter package including setting up a new Xero/Quickbooks subscription

Introduction

The Arthur and Xero integration that includes a Xero/Quickbooks subscription is the perfect package for those who wish to manage their financials through Xero but do not yet have a Xero account. An Arthur team member will setup the Xero/quickbooks account for you and integrate it to Arthur. You will be able to utilise the Xero/Quickbooks account and carry out any further third party integrations that you would like. The service also includes 5 hours of support following the integration or, if you have purchased the complete starter package, includes 3 months of support instead. Arthur will provide all future information regarding rental invoices, contractor bills and property owner transactions (if you are acting as a third party manager). Please note that we recommend creating business expense transactions within Xero/Quickbooks.

Not included in Package

  • A bespoke account mapping process (this can be included as an add on for £25+VAT per hour)

  • Integrating Xero/Quickbooks to third party software packages (please ask the Arthur team member if they can provide support)

Xero/Quickbooks integration excluding subscription (new Xero/Quickbooks account)

Introduction

The Arthur and Xero/Quickbooks integration for a clean Xero/Quickbooks account is perfect for those who have created a blank Xero/Quickbooks account with no property management data contained within it (e.g. tenant, contractor or property owner contacts). An Arthur team member will integrate all your Arthur data into Xero/Quickbooks and provide 5 hours of support following the completion of the integration. Arthur will provide all future information regarding rental invoices, contractor bills and property owner transactions (if you are acting as a third party manager). Please note that we recommend creating business expense transactions within Xero/Quickbooks.
