Clients that have contracts to be mailmerged can have a member of the implemenation team create the contracts with the mailmerge fields applied. The cost is £75.00 + vat per contract with a 3 for the price of 2 applied on multiple contracts.
The process may require us to change the formatting, or alter the layout in order to obtain a better result when merging and subsequent conversion when using disgital signature. If a client requires us to revert back to the original formatting or layout this will be at the clients risk.
Please note that Arthur will require payement in advance of works. Any further changes at a later date will be charged at a rate of £15.00 + vat per hour
