Troubleshoot problems with the Mobile App

If for any reason you are experiencing issues with the mobile app from Apple or Android then this maybe due to a recent update to their operating systems.

Make sure you have done the following:

  • Check if your mobile has the latest update
  • Restarted your device
  • Log out and then log back in to the app
  • Make sure your Arthur app is up to date

If any of the above does not work then do the following:

Android phones

Uninstall the app -> settings -> device maintenance -> storage -> clear now

reinstall -> settings -> apps -> arthur -> storage -> clear data -> then reopen and login
