Troubleshoot problems with the Mobile App

As each mobile device reacts slightly differently, you may experience some issues with your app. These are some common fixes when issues are faced.

  • Check if your device has the latest OS update
  • Restart your device
  • Log out and then log back in to the app
  • Make sure your Arthur Online app is up to date
  • Make sure you are using the correct app – there are individual apps for tenants, contractors and managers
  • Disconnect and reconnect from your WiFi

Android phones

Android phones can have ‘caching’ issues which cause the app to display a blank screen when you try to login. To resolve this, complete the following steps:

  1. Uninstall your Arthur Online app
  2. Settings -> Device Maintenance -> Storage -> Clear now
  3. Reinstall your Arthur Online app from the PlayStore
  4. Settings -> apps -> Arthur Online -> Storage -> Clear data
  5. Reopen your Arthur Online app and login

If for any reason you are experiencing issues with the mobile app from Apple or Android stores then this maybe due to a recent update to their operating systems. If this is the case, a release will be made on the Arthur Online apps shortly to bring the apps up to date.
