A Private Contractor is one that has been invited by a property manager.
A Public Contractors are contractors that have signed up to Arthur. We currently do not validate them and If you wish to use them please make contact with them first to ensure you are happy to send them work. If you send them work without contacting them you may well not receive a reply. Public contractors cannot be assigned workorders by the manager they must themselves accept or reject the job
