This includes setting up:
Go to preferences>communication
1. Show message as read for all when one member of the team has read the incoming message
From here you can set messages to ‘read’ for all other team members if read by a team member
2. Set the sender name for SMS
From here you can set the sender’s name – No more than 11 characters including spaces
3. Set up email appearance
This is currently for all automated emails leaving Arthur.
The emails will show the customer logo if they set it to show in personalization (email)
The emails will show the footer if they set it to show in communication preference (email)
The emails will show the invitation if they set it to show in communication preference (email)
Moving the position of the accept invitation button and invitation code
Go to automation>invite>user invites and position code and invite button
