Troubleshooting the applicant and the applicant form

  1. Tenants filling out the form which does not pull across when the tenancy is added

    A customer has duplicate applicants with the same name, email, mobile . E.g  The customer creates an Applicant named ‘Connor Fox’ then creates a tenancy from this applicant now the customer wants the applicant who became  a tenant to change their information so the customer uses the applicant form BUT the applicant form that customer uses is not a form that is used ro update information rather it creates a ‘NEW Applicant’ instead and this cause customer misunderstanding that the data won’t pass from the applicant form to the tenant.

The activity log on both applicants will show whats happened with both Connor Fox
