My task and workorder notes are not showing at the unit level
Tasks and work orders are related to their primary related level, namely property, unit, or tenancy. Shared notes on tasks and work orders will only show on the primary related parent level, so if the task or workorder originated from the tenancy they will only be shared back to that level.Was this article helpful?
