Received an error message

“We were unable to add/update this property record because the branch_id specified is not a valid branch_id. Please call the Rightmove ADF team if you believe you are using a valid Rightmove Branch_ID,We were unable to add/update this property record because the branch_id specified is not a valid branch_id. You need to ensure you have informed the portal of the connection and that your branch ID is correct.

If you see this warning, please click on ‘fix this’.

Check the address for:

  • Additional Spaces
  • Commas
  • Spelling
  • Road=Rd

If unsure, put the address into Google Maps then copy the result back to Arthur as the Google formatting will be correct.
