Troubleshoot recurring charges

1. Where have the recurring charges gone?

Recurring that have switched off will not show in the active filter. To view change filter from active to disabled

 

2. My recurring charge has switched itself off

This will happens when the current tenancy end date is approaching and the last recurring charge has been laid in. The recurring charge is automatically set to end on the tenancy end date

 

 

the tenancy is switched to periodic manually before, on, or after the end date, Arthur will give you the opportunity to switch it back on when updating the status.

 

3. My recurring won’t edit to switch back on

This happens because the recurring is set to end on the end date. Ensure you change to no end date and then switch on
