Troubleshoot certificates

Why do certificates show as missing when they are not?

 

  1. Adding a certificate and not marking as completed will display as missing

To retrospectively change that, go to the certificate and mark as completed.

 

2. Check the relationship. You can see from below that property and unit certificates have been added to a tenancy.

To remedy this:

  1. Simply change the relationship to the property or unit as below
  2. Or delete and re-add to the correct relationship
